FIELD GROWN STRAWBERRY PLANTS

All Ministry certified. Available mid-October onwards. A field grown plant should only be considered as a cost effective alternative when planting in the garden. These strong, healthy runners establish well but they must not be allowed to crop the first summer. They can be planted from October onwards and as late as July in the following spring. They must be watered well after planting. We do not despatch these during the worst of the winter. Normally October and November and again February onwards. These field grown plants are a popular choice where space is not at a premium and the extra time before cropping is of no importance.
