Gage Trees

We supply only the finest quality gage trees that are proven to produce a fantastic crop. The delicious fruits from our gage trees are ready for picking from around mid to late August. Gages are like smaller plums and are smaller and sweeter than traditional dessert plums, gages are one of the most popular stone fruits as they grow quickly and require little pruning

Damson Trees

Chris Bowers great variety of quality damson trees ideal for those looking for top of the range trees which will produce good crops of fruit for years to come. We have damson trees which produce both small and large fruits, which are generally ready for picking between September and October.

Fan Trained

These fruits are often grown against a wall as a traditional 'Fan Shape'. These are attractive trees which are easily maintained and will usually crop well even during difficulty springs because of the added pritection a wall can give. Allow 6-7' either way. You can buy a maiden tree on the rootstock of your choice or a ready trained 2-3 year old tree.

Cordons

A very space saving method and so easy to prune. Narrow, very upright trees which can crop the full length of the trunk. Very easy to prune and maintain, these are grown on pixy stock only and can be spaced just 3' apart. See also our range of Supercolumns
